Is your agency named when companies ask AI?

Recommendations no longer come only from people you know, but also from ChatGPT. We measure for which questions your agency gets named and help you offer AI visibility to your clients too.

What does AI visibility mean for agencies?

In plain wordsAI names agencies it can clearly assign to a specialization and for which it finds evidence: case studies, mentions, clear service pages. And your clients will soon ask you how visible they are in AI answers.

Specialization not recognizable

Someone looks for an agency for B2B content with software experience. Your website says so, but AI names others.

Results only in a PDF

Your case study is a PDF, while another agency explains its result directly and clearly on a page.

Clients ask, the report is silent

A client asks in the monthly call whether their brand appears in AI answers. The report has no measurement for it.

What our data shows

Our own measurements and studies, with sources. Where a number applies to all industries, we say so.

85%of provider searches: ChatGPT names specific providers
2.48xhigher chance of a Perplexity citation when a page answers the question directly
−40%click-through rate for questions AI answers completely
35%of searches: none of four AI services names a provider

For questions about providers, AI almost always names names. The only open question is whether yours is among them. In our data test, a citation was most strongly linked to whether a page answers the question directly.

Sources: All values apply to all industries: 85% and 35% from our provider analysis with 873 searches in four AI services, October 2026. 2.48x from our data test with 522 searches, a correlation, not proof. −40% from our AI Mode study, summer 2025 vs summer 2026. Which questions lead to names

Not every question ends with a recommendation. When someone asks for providers, ChatGPT almost always names names, for knowledge questions rarely. The first two rows matter most for you.

FAQ: AI visibility for agenciesIncluding the questions for which AI cites other providers today.

How do companies really search for an agency?
With region and audience ("which agencies are good for smes in austria?"), with a price question for a package of website, social media and Google Ads, and increasingly with the question of who optimizes for AI search. Service pages with region, package price and evidence answer that.
Why is our agency not recommended in ChatGPT?
Often because the specialization is not clearly recognizable or evidence outside your own website is missing. We first measure who gets named for questions about agencies.
AI visibility audit
Can we offer AI visibility to our clients?
Yes, also under your name. The platform measures per client, question and system, you present the results. Ideally start with your own agency, then you know the process.
Which content helps agencies?
Service pages per specialization, clear case studies directly on the website and answers to cost questions. In the data test, a citation was most strongly linked to whether a page answers the question directly.
GEO data test
We already track rankings. What is new?
Rankings show Google search. AI answers often cite other sources and fluctuate more, so we measure each system separately and repeatedly.
What does working together look like?
As you prefer: measurement for your own agency, platform access for your team or analyses you pass on under your name.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of questions, locations and languages and on whether we also write content. In the first call we clarify the scope, then you get a fixed quote.

Who does AI recommend
instead of your agency?

In the first call we ask a few typical questions about agencies live and show who gets named today. Free, no obligation, 30 minutes.
